May 26: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit from Bisbee, Arizona, for assault and disorderly assault at the South Gate Visitor Center. Bisbee police did not extradite.
May 26: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit from Tuba City, Arizona, for failure to appear at the South Gate Visitor Center. Tuba City police did not extradite.
May 27: SFS responded to a report of shoplifting at the Luke AFB Exchange. An individual attempted to leave the premises without paying for $24.95 worth of merchandise. Glendale police responded, cited and released the in- dividual.
May 27: SFS and firefighters re- sponded to a fire alarm at Bldg. 1130, the medical clinic. The cause of the alarm was faulty equipment.
May 28: SFS responded to a report of shoplifting at the Exchange. An indi- vidual attempted to leave the premises without paying for $82.24 worth of mer- chandise. The individual was charged and released to the unit first sergeant.
May 30: SFS responded to a report of assault in base housing. Two individu- als argued. The service member was charged and released to the unit first sergeant.
May 30: SFS responded to a report of theft of private property at Ocotillo Manor. An individual reported a miss- ing vehicle. SFS is investigating.
June 3: SFS responded to a report of an unsecure hangar. The building custo- dian was contacted to secure the hanger.
June 3: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit at South Gate Visitor Center. The individual was wanted by Surprise police for failure to appear. The department refused to extradite. The individual was released to Surprise police.
June 4: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commis- sary. The individual made complaints of chest pains and numbness of the arm. The individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus for further evaluation.
Nonemergency responses
May 22: SFS responded to a report of animal negligence in base housing. The individual left dogs outside in the heat. The owner was briefed and corrected the situation.
May 30: SFS responded to a report of criminal mischief at the intersection of Lalomai and Navajo. An individual painted a word below the word stop on the Stop Sign. There are no leads at this time.
Alarm activations
SFS responded to 47 alarm activa- tions on base.

Tickets
SFS issued citations for 42 moving violations and 14 nonmoving violations.
Traffic-related incidents
May 24: SFS responded to a report of a government-owned vehicle vs. fixed-object accident at Bldg. 957. The individual struck an overhang beam denting the driver-side bumper.
May 25: SFS responded to a report of damage to government property at Bldg. 1236. An individual struck a trailer damaging the hitch. The indi- vidual was cited and released.
May 31: SFS responded to a report of a vehicle vs fixed object accident at Bldg. 1515 parking lot.
June 1: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at Bldg. 920 parking lot. A vehicle was backing and struck an unoccupied golf cart.
June 2: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the park- ing garage. A vehicle was backing and
struck another vehicle causing minor damage. The individual was cited for inattentive backing.
June 13: SFS responded to a report of a minor two-vehicle accident at the Luke AFB Exchange. One driver backed a vehicle into another vehicle. There were no injuries and no citations issued.
Emergency responses
May 23: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit from Surprise for no-comply at the South Gate Visitor Center. Surprise police responded and apprehended the individual.
May 23: SFS responded to a report of a drug incident at the Lightning Gate. An individual was suspected of having marijuana in the vehicle. Glendale police responded and searched the vehicle with no results. The individual was released.
May 25: SFS responded to a report of a suicidal gesture at Bldg. 905. The individual posted on social media the intent to harm self. The supervisor and first sergeant responded and the individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus for evaluation.
