May 16: Airmen assigned to the 432nd Security Forces Squadron, and their families march during a ruck march during police week at Creech AFB. Police week occurs annually to honor the law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty, and to the officers who serve and protect their community. The weeks’ events also included a memorial service to honor fallen defenders.

May 19: An F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 64th Aggressor Squadron releases a flare over the Nevada Test and Training Range during WSINT 22-1 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., May 19, 2022. The principal testament to the value of the Aggressor program is the consistent dominance of the U.S. Air Force during recent conflicts. The U.S. Air Force Weapons School’s mission is to train tactical experts and leaders to control and exploit air, space and cyber on behalf of the joint force. The mission of the 57th Wing is to train, instruct and lead the Air Force by ensuring it can win any conflict now.

May 13: Native American leaders, Military leaders, archeologists and biologists overlook a historic native American site on the Nevada Test and Training Range, May 13, 2022. Nellis AFB initiated its Native American Program more than 25 years ago to increase the understanding between base leadership and culturally affiliated tribes. Within Nevada and the surrounding states of California, Utah and Arizona, many tribes maintain strong cultural ties to the NTTR, a 2.9 million-acre area used for Department of Defense training and research.
