Upon investigation patrols deemed the dogs to be neglected. Contact was made with the owners who were on their way back from a vacation. The military mem- ber was charged and released.
July 11: SFS responded to a report of a stolen firearm in base housing. SFS notified Glendale police to request the weapon be entered into the system as stolen.
July 14: SFS received a notification from Glendale police who had traced a stolen phone to a base housing resi- dence. Patrols arrived on-scene and made contact with the individuals who stated they had found the cell phone in a latrine while visiting Lake Pleasant and had forgotten they placed it into their vehicle. The cell phone was turned over to Glendale police.
July 15: SFS responded to a report of multiple deceased pigeons at Bldg. 661. The pigeons looked to have had pellet holes in them from what is believed to be a BB gun. Patrols took a report.
July 16: SFS responded to a report of a drug incident at the South Gate Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area. Glendale police arrived on-scene and took control. The individual was issued a base debarment order for one year and escorted off the installation.

July 11: SFS responded to a report of a security incident on the 56 FW/Mass Parking Area. An individual did not possess the proper credentials to access the restricted area. The individual was apprehended and transported to Bldg. 179/56 SFS for further processing. The individual’s First Sergeant arrived and took custody of the individual.
July 12: SFS responded to a report of a security incident on the 56 FW/Mass Parking Area. An individual did not possess the proper credentials to access the restricted area. July 12: SFS responded to a report of a wants and warrant hit at Bldg. 893/ South Gate Visitor Reception Center for the offense of Probation Violation out of Jefferson County Court, CO. Glendale police arrived on-scene and assumed control.
July 14: SFS responded to a report of a fire alarm at Bldg. 687. Patrols arrived on-scene and discovered an individual was standing outside of their lodging room smoking a cigarette. The indi- vidual was briefed on the proper tobacco locations and released.
July 15: SFS received a 911 call from an individual whose spouse was home alone at an on base housing residence and had heard a loud knock on their win- dow. Patrols responded and conducted a sweep of the exterior of the house with
negative findings and determined the scene was safe.
July 17: SFS responded to a report of a person with chest pain at the base track. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was transported to a local hospital.
Nonemergency responses
June 19: SFS responded to a report a counterfeit ten dollar bill at Bldg. 1540/ Base Exchange. Patrols seized the coun- terfeit bill and released it to Security Forces Investigations.
June 22: SFS responded to a noise complaint in base housing. Patrols initi- ated sector sweeps and determined the noise was from an off-base location.
June 24: SFS responded to a report of a possible drug incident at South Gate Commercial Vehicle Inspection Area. Glendale police arrived on-scene and took control.
June 25: SFS responded to a report of an argument between two moving com- pany employees. Patrols made contact with the two individuals and attempted to calm them. The individuals refused to calm down and were escorted off the installation.
June 29: SFS responded to a report of a drug incident at Kachina Gate. Glen- dale police arrived and took control. The individual had no military affiliation and was issued a base debarment order for one year.
June 30: SFS responded to a report of possible animal neglect in base housing.
July 5: SFS responded to a report of a 911 caller who was confused and delirious. Medical arrived on-scene and treated for a drug reaction. Glendale police arrived on-scene and took control.
June 25: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit for a DUI in Avondale at South Gate. Glendale police arrived on-scene and assumed control.
July 9: SFS received a call from Good- year police about two suspects who had fled on foot toward the installation. The individuals were suspected of attempt- ing to steal a vehicle when the vehicle owner caught them and dialed 911. Patrols conducted sector sweeps of the area. Glendale police telephoned SFS again and stated the individuals were in custody.
July 9: SFS responded to a report of a head injury at Falcon Dunes Golf Course. Medical arrived on-scene and transported the individual to a local hospital.
July 10: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit for a DUI in Maricopa County at Bldg. 897/South Gate Visitor Reception Center. Maricopa County did not extra- dite and the individual was escorted off the installation.
July 10: SFS responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and suicidal ide- ation at an on base housing residence. Once the scene was safe, medical arrived and transported the subject to a local hospital.
