June 29: SFS responded to a report of a suicide threat in base housing. Patrols made contact with the individual. Medi- cal arrived on-scene and transported the patient to a local hospital.
June 29: SFS responded to a report of dehydration in base housing. Medical arrived on-scene and transported the patient to a local hospital.
July 1: SFS responded to a report of stomach pains in Bldg. 1370. Medical arrived on scene and the patient was transported to the local hospital.
July 2: SFS responded to a report of a loss of consciousness at Bldg. 985. Medi- cal arrived on scene and transported the patient to a local hospital.
July 2: SFS received a 911 hang up call tracing back to Bldg. 908. Patrols arrived on-scene and made contact with the caller who stated it was an accidental dial. The individual was briefed on proper 911 calls procedures and released.
July 3: SFS responded to a report of a verbal dispute at Bldg. 1550/Base Commissary. An employee was helping a customer who became loud and con- frontational. Patrols arrived on-scene and controlled the situation.
July 3: SFS responded to a request for a health and welfare check on a person ex- periencing a panic attack in base housing. Patrols made contact with the individual who declined medical attention.

The 56th SFS Squadron handled the following issues June 18 through July 21 at Luke Air Force Base:
Tickets
SFS issued 53 traffic citations for both moving and nonmoving violations.
Vehicle accidents
June 20: SFS responded to a report of a minor POV vs POV accident in the parking lot of Bldg. 1150. A driver was attempting to park a vehicle and struck another parked vehicle. There were no injuries.
June 21: SFS responded to a report of a major privately owned vehicle vs. a fixed object accident on the perimeter of the installation. A witness stated a vehicle struck the perimeter fence and drove away without notifying the proper authorities. The driver of the vehicle returned after attempting to make contact with the vehicle that caused the accident. Maricopa County Sheriff ’s Office took control of the scene.
June 24: SFS responded to a report of a minor POV vs fixed object accident at South Gate. A driver misjudged a turn
and struck a light pole. There were no injuries.
July 3: SFS responded to a report of a minor two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Super Sabre Street and 146th Drive. A driver was exiting a parking lot when another vehicle was attempting to merge into the same lane. There were no injuries.
July 3: SFS responded to a report of a major two-vehicle accident on Shooting Star Street. A driver was exiting the base gym parking lot and struck four parked vehicles, disabling all vehicles. Medical arrived on-scene and the driver was transported to the local hospital.
July 17: July SFS responded to a re- port of a two-vehicle accident at Bldg. 840. A driver was attempting to park, misjudged the turn and struck a parked vehicle. There were no injuries.
Emergency responses
June 18: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency due to a fall at Bldg. 1124. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was treated and re- leased.
June 19: SFS responded to a report of a knee injury at the Base Track. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was transported to the local hospital.
June 19: SFS responded to a report of dehydration at Bldg. 820/Bryant Fitness Center. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was treated and released.
June 19: SFS responded to a report of a stomach ache and elevated heart rate in base housing. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was treated and released.
June 20: SFS responded to a health and welfare request in base housing due to a person receiving emotional text messages. Contact was made with the individual who was cleared and no further action was required.
June 20: SFS responded to a report of suicidal ideations in base housing. Contact was made with an individual who was referred to the proper mental health agencies.
June 21: SFS responded to a report of loss of consciousness in Bldg. 820/Bry- ant Fitness Center. Medical arrived on- scene and the patient was transported to the local hospital.
June 23: SFS responded to a report of an individual with an altered state of consciousness in base housing. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was transported to the local hospital.
June 24: SFS responded to a report of a knee injury in Bldg. 1143/Youth Center. Medical arrived on-scene and the patient was treated and released.
June 25: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit for failure to appear and violation of a court order out of Phoenix Municipal Court on a subject at Bldg. 897/South Gate Visitor Reception Center. Glendale police took control.
