Sept. 5: SFS responded to a report of a verbal altercation in housing. A couple argued over a missing camera. The par- ties were told to separate for 24 hours and cease communications.
Sept. 6: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 983 where an individual had passed out, was treated on scene and transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 7: SFS responded to a report of a verbal altercation in housing. A couple argued about a vehicle. The couple were told to cease communication and to leave the house with their belongings.
Sept. 11: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in housing where a patient was having trouble breathing. The patient was transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 11: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 460. The patient was having seizures and was transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 12: SFS responded to a bomb threat at South Gate Visitors Center. A civilian parked and left a vehicle at the gate. Contact was made with the subject who stated a family member had placed an explosive device in the vehicle. An MWD swept the vehicle with no findings and was towed off base.
Sept. 13: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in housing. The patient complained of neck pain and was transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 17: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit out of Phoenix Municipal Court at South Gate Visitors Center for provoking speech and gestures. Phoenix police was
contacted and refused to extradite. The subject was denied entry and escorted off the installation.
Sept. 17: SFS responded to a report of a verbal altercation in housing over a financial disagreement. Glendale police responded and took control.
Sept. 17: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the base track. An individual had head and nose injuries, was treated on-scene and released.
Sept. 17: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in housing where a patient was complaining of chest pain. The patient was treated on-scene and released.
Sept. 18: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 485 where a patient was having a seizure. The patient was transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 19: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the base supply center where a patient had a possible heart attack. The patient was transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 21: SFS detected a driver pos- sibly driving under the influence at South Gate due to stumbling and slurred speech. Glendale police responded and took control.
Sept. 22: SFS responded to a report of a breech in the perimeter wall by a vehicle crashing through the northwest perimeter disabling the vehicle. The driver had left the scene but was later identified.
Sept. 23: SFS responded to a report of a major vehicle accident at the intersection of Glendale Avenue and Litchfield road. The driver, suspected of driving under the

influence, crashed through the perimeter fence. The subject was injured and was taken to Abrazo West.
Nonemergency responses
Aug. 3: SFS responded to a report of shop- lifting at the Exchange by a military spouse. Glendale police arrived and took control.
Aug. 6: SFS responded to a report of shoplifting at the Exchange by a juvenile dependent. Glendale police arrived and took control. SFS suspended base shop- ping privileges.
Aug. 7: SFS responded to a report of a civilian trespassing on base who claimed a mental illness. Glendale police escorted the individual off base.
Aug. 16: SFS detected a drug incident at North Gate. One subject attempted to gain access to the base while the passenger possessed marijuana. One individual was charged and released to the first sergeant. The second individual was denied entry and released.
Aug. 22: SFS responded to a report of shoplifting at the commissary. The offender could not be identified. SFS is still collect- ing evidence.
Aug. 24: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit at the visitor’s center for possession out of Maricopa County Justice Courts. MCSO to extradite. SFS denied entry.

Aug. 22: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit at Lightning Gate for forgery, fraudu- lent schemes, artifices and theft. Glendale police arrived and took control.
Aug. 24: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 905 where a patient was blacking out and disoriented. The patient was treated and released.
Aug. 24: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Club Five Six. The patient was complaining of possible heat exhaustion. The patient stabilized and refused transport.
Aug. 27: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Fighter Country Inn. The patient was complaining of chest pains, was treated on scene and trans- ported to Abrazo West.
Aug. 29: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commissary. An individual had fallen, was treated on- scene and released.
Aug. 31: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commissary. An individual had a diabetic emergency, was treated and transported to Abrazo West.
Sept. 1: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commissary. An individual had fallen, but preferred to seek private medical treatment.
Sept. 3: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit out of La Paz County Sheriff ’s office at Kachina Gate for possession of drug para- phernalia. Glendale police determined the subject was a victim of stolen identity and was released.
