The 56th Security Forces Squadron handled the following incidents Aug. 21 through Sept. 24 at Luke Air Force Base:

SFS issued citations for 114 moving and 13 non-moving violations.
Traffic-related incidents
Aug. 22: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the base chapel. One driver backed into the other. There were no injuries.
Aug. 24: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the Luke AFB Exchange. One driver backed into the other. The driver was cited. There were no injuries.
Aug. 25: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Johnson Lane and Super Sabre Street. One driver failed to yield to outbound traf- fic and sideswiped another car. The driver was cited. There were no injuries.
Aug. 28: SFS responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at Bldg. 1130. One driver was attempting to park a vehicle when accidentally striking a parked ve- hicle. The driver was cited. There were no injuries.
Aug. 28: SFS responded to a report of a
two-vehicle accident. One driver backed into the other. There were no injuries.
Aug. 29: SFS responded to a report of a vehicle vs. object accident. The driver failed to ID the spotter, hitting a pole. There were no injuries.
Sept. 12: SFS responded to a report of a minor vehicle accident at the base gym. One driver pulled forward out of a parking spot striking another vehicle causing the bumper to fall off. The driver was cited. There were no injuries.
Sept. 18: SFS responded to a report of a minor two-vehicle accident at temporary lodging. One vehicle struck another while backing. SFS issued one citation for inat- tentive backing. There were no injuries.
Sept. 19: SFS responded to a report of a vehicle accident on Glendale Avenue adjacent to Kachina Gate. SFS directed traffic around the accident while victims were treated.
Emergency responses
Aug. 22: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commissary. The individual made complaints of heat exhaustion. The individual was trans- ported to Abrazo West Campus for further treatment.
Aug. 23: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the flight kitchen. The individual made complaints of heat- related issues. The individual was trans- ported to Abrazo West Campus for further treatment.
Aug. 23: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit at South Gate Visitor Center. The individual was wanted by Phoenix police for violation of a court order. Phoenix police was contacted and extradited the individual.
Aug. 23: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in base housing. The individual made complaints of seizures. The individual was transported to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Aug. 24: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 500. The individual made complaints of vomiting and head injuries. The individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus for further treatment.
Aug. 26: SFS responded to a report of a gate runner at the Kachina Gate. The individual was trying to retrieve a new ID from the mission personnel flight. The driver was escorted to a visitor’s center and briefed on Luke AFB policy.
Aug. 27: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the base chapel. The individual made complaints of faint- ing and a nose bleed. The individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus.
Aug. 27: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the commissary. The individual made complaints of a possible stroke. The individual was transported to St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center.
Aug. 29: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit from Glendale for failure to pay at South Gate Visitor Center. Glendale
police denied extradition. The individual was denied entry.
Aug. 29: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in base housing. The individual made complaints of abdominal pain and shortness of breath. The indi- vidual was transported to Abrazo West Campus.
Aug. 30: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 913. The indi- vidual made complaints of Muscle spasms and difficulty breathing. The individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus for further treatment.
Aug. 31: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at base housing. The individual made complaints of dizziness/ faintness. The individual was transported to Abrazo West Campus for further treat- ment.
Sept. 2: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in base housing. The individual made complaints of a fall. The individual was treated and released.
