Plane Crazy Saturday celebrating Voyager anniversary
This month’s Plane Crazy Saturday at the Mojave Air and Space Port will honor and celebrate the 35th anniver- sary of the Voyager round-the-world flight.
The event will honor all those in- volved in the flight – including the crew of Dick Rutan and Jeana Yeager.
Dick Rutan, Mike and Sally Mel- vill, and crew chief Bruce Evans will be on hand at the event scheduled for 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Dec. 18.
There will be a catered luncheon in the Witt Event Center. The luncheon starts at noon, and costs $35. A veg- etarian option is available.
