IN 1991-1992 William Richert wrote a draft of his screenplay that was never included in the script list submitted by Burmester to the arbitration committee.
This was "THE EXECUTIVE
WING"
The missing 19192 Richert draft was the clear origin of THE WEST WING and THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT -- why is it not on this list????

It wasn't until the papers were looked at for the hundredth time LAST YEAR that I discovered that the key script written before Reiner and Sorkin were hired was "disappeared" from the list submitted by Bingham's Director of Business A"airs, Kenneth Low.
WHERE IS THE 1991 SCRIPT? WHERE IS THE 1991 CONTRACT?
Robert Redford knew all along that the screenplays were the same, and had always been the same, but for a polish and a rewrite.
Mr. Redford got a producing credit on the film, and shared $5,000,000 with Universal.
