CONCLUSION
These decisions of the Special Committee on the above issues are binding determinations and were the basis for the submission of material to the credit arbiters pursuant to section D.4 of the Screen Credits Manual and paragraph 1g of Theatrical Schedule A of the Basic Agreement.
