LET US PRAY...
“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a small jar of olive oil.” 2 Kings 4:2b
TO GOD: Father, I rejoice that you are El Shaddai – the God of more than enough. I reflect on my life, remembering your grace with thanksgiving.
FOR THE CHURCH: Father, may we your children always remember that with you nothing is impossible (Matthew 19:26). Please increase our faith.
FOR THE WORLD: Thank you, you chose to meet the widow’s need through Elijah. As we look at the world’s huge needs, may we offer what we have in our storehouse, as meagre as it might seem.
FOR OUR NATION: Almighty God, please bless those who work caring for the marginalised, especially foodbanks and organisations serving for the lonely, those with special physical and psychological needs.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, all that I have is yours, I place it into your hands...
FOR MYSELF: Father, may I hold what I have lightly so that my hands are open to receive what you want to give me.
NCT PRAYER
Father, please embolden us to tell others about your love, grace and mercy. For your glory.
AMEN.
