PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Matthew 5:44
TO GOD: Father, I praise you that you demonstrated your love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
FOR THE CHURCH: Father, if we speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, we become noisy gongs (1Corinthians 13:1). Forgive us, Lord.
FOR THE WORLD: Lord, we pray for those suffering persecution simply because they bear your Name. Please strengthen them so that they may demonstrate your love to those who persecute them.
FOR OUR NATION: Lord Jesus, your Gospel is the answer. May we fearlessly lift your name high. Lord, bring revival!
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, for the people who were once our friends, may we offer them an olive branch of reconciliation. Please soften our hearts.
FOR MYSELF: Father, may I not gloat when my enemy falls, and not be glad when he stumbles (Proverbs 24:17). Amen.
PRAYER
Oh Lord, may those at Time out with God days, hear your voice. For Jesus glory. AMEN.

STANDING FIRM With Michelle Enoch
Saturday 1st March, 10.15am – 2.15pm
This is a generation where our children need our prayers and wisdom to help them withstand the perilous circumstances they are facing.
As we come together, we come to lean on Christ Jesus our Chief Cornerstone and to stand in prayer and strategy as a church community and family. How do we raise up children and youth who will stand in this generation?
Michelle’s daughter Karen Sion will sing some of her own written worship songs.
Potential other speaker tbc.
