 PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
Then he threw his arms around his brother Benjamin and wept, and Benjamin embraced him, weeping. Genesis 45:14
TO GOD: Father, ruler of the nations, we honour you, Almighty God, for you ‘take kings away, and put kings in power’ (Daniel 2:21).
FOR THE CHURCH: In your high priestly prayer, Lord Jesus, you call us to be one as you and the Father are one (John 17:21). May we dwell in unity so that we will know the Father’s blessing (Psalm 133).
FOR THE WORLD: Father, we pray for all affected by war, earthquakes, famine, floods and fire and for those in material need, lacking food, water and healthcare, struggling to survive. Show us how we might be part of God’s answer.
FOR OUR NATION: Father, we pray for the lonely and isolated, especially the stranger, the elderly, homeless and vulnerable.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, help us maintain good friendships, being willing to listen and help where we can. Open our hearts to your compassion and concern for others.
FOR MYSELF: Father, please reveal times where I’ve not ‘thrown my arms’ around others, embracing them and sharing in their joys and sorrows. Please fill me with your love for mankind. Amen.
  PRAYER
Lord we pray for your message of love and peace to transform many hurting lives across the world. In Jesus’ name.
AMEN.

MISSION ON THE FRONTLINES
Jesus said, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me” (Luke 9:23). Following Jesus is costly to self, but when you submit and make yourself available, then the adventure truly begins, often into
unknown territory.
Andrew has served the Lord for over 30 years with mission organisations including London City Mission, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Luis Palau Association, Philo Trust with Canon J.John and is currently the UK/Europe Director for Leading The Way with Dr Michael Youssef. He voluntarily serves as Operational Chaplain for the Metropolitan Police Service and London Wing Chaplain for the RAF Air Cadets.
With many insights and stories to share, Andrew will widen your outlook and inspire your outreach.
£15.00 includes tea/coffee, egg, bacon and sausage bap, croissant and cereal bar.
