LET US PRAY...
“And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the Lord displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the Lord and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant” Exodus 14:31
TO GOD: Father, we give thanks because you ‘brought Israel out from among them with a mighty hand and outstretched arm; your love endures forever’ (Psalm 136:11-12).
FOR THE CHURCH: Dear Father, in the light of your glory and power, may we ‘Humble ourselves, therefore, under your mighty hand, that you may lift us up in due time’ (1 Peter 5:6).
FOR THE WORLD: Father, we pray for revival. Ignite the hearts of your people with Holy Spirit fire, causing your Word to go forth – sweeping millions upon millions into your kingdom.
FOR OUR NATION: Father, restore O Lord the honour of your name, in works of sovereign power come shake our land again, that many may come in reverent fear to yield their lives to you.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, as we bring named friends before you, may your unrelenting love draw them to consider anew the claim of Jesus upon their lives.
FOR MYSELF: Father, I declare, “I will not fear, for you are with me; I am not dismayed, for you are my God. You will strengthen me, yes, you will help me and uphold me with your righteous right hand” (see Isaiah 41:10). Amen.

Father we pray you will help teachers and pupils to take time to relax and be refreshed during
half term.

rooted and grounded in the Bible... and only the Bible.
