PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
“Others, like seed sown on good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop – some thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times what was sown.” Mark 4:20
TO GOD: Father, I thank you that your word ‘will not return to you empty, but will accomplish what you desire and achieve the purpose for which you sent it’ (Isaiah 55:11).
FOR THE CHURCH: Father, we pray that from every pulpit, living room table and street corner intentional seeds of truth may be planted in prepared hearts.
FOR THE WORLD: Lord, thank you for the divine law of multiplication (Matthew 14:17-21). Thank you too for countries, regions and churches that are experiencing revival right now.
FOR OUR NATION: Lord, we pray for the wind of the Holy Spirit to move upon our nation, bringing conviction and a hunger for you, and lifting of spiritual malaise and apathy.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: May we not only sow, but also water the seed that has been sown, especially for those loved ones whose faith has slipped.
FOR MYSELF: Father, may I ‘not be ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes’ (Romans 1:16). Amen.
PRAYER
Father please equip Chris Hill by your Spirit, as he teaches from your Word at his seminar on 17th.
