PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
“These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again.” Revelation 2:8
TO GOD: Father, we praise you that no-one but Jesus can claim to be the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in him will live, even though they die (John 11:25).
FOR THE CHURCH: Almighty God, may your church boldly declare the resurrection of Jesus – not just at Easter but by demonstrating its reality, moment by moment!
FOR THE WORLD: Dear heavenly Father, we pray for children sold into trafficking and sexual abuse. Lord, restore their innocence, heal their hurts and reset their true identity.
FOR OUR NATION: Lord God, we call on you to help us stand against the destructive evil of drugs in our society. Father, turn dealers and addicts into “say no” advocates in our schools and communities.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: Father, please give us opportunities and the courage to share the gospel in meaningful ways.
FOR MYSELF: Father, I thank you for eternal life, your gift to your children; your living breath making us alive in Christ and Christ alive in us. Hallelujah!

Lord, please refresh those who attend Time out with God on 22nd Dec with Ruth Conlon. In Jesus name.
