PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK
“ I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” Hebrews 8:10
TO GOD: Father, thank you for being our Shepherd; we are the sheep of your pasture. I praise you that you are our God and we are your people, bearers of your word and your glory.
FOR THE CHURCH: Father, thank you that Jesus, King of Kings, took upon himself the role of a shepherd, offering eternal life to his sheep, both now and in the kingdom to come.
FOR THE WORLD: May those suffering the trauma of war, tragedy, famine and natural disaster receive the help they need to rebuild their lives.
FOR OUR NATION: May the church arise in resurrection power to minister Christ’s grace and compassion to the poor, marginalised and the brokenhearted.
FOR OUR FRIENDS: May those closest to us recognise the Lord has written his laws on our hearts as we walk in humble obedience.
FOR MYSELF: Father, may your word be a lamp to my feet and a light to my path; a road map written in my heart.
PRAYER
Lord, thank you that you are Jehovah- Jireh, the One who Provides. AMEN.

Join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with carols and readings and a Christmas message from Rev Paul Harcourt.
Gary Wilder will accompany Libbi MacGregor to sing some special christmas songs.
