The Journey
Your day has finally arrived! Someone pass the prosecco! The girls have use of the beautiful bridal dressing room from 8am to relax and have their hair & makeup done. The Grooms’ Lounge is available from midday where the boys can relax watching a bit of TV and a couple of beers. Our team will be busy behind the scenes coordinating suppliers and putting the final touches to your wedding set up.
When your guests arrive, they can enjoy a drink in the Garden Room before being seated in your chosen ceremony area awaiting to witness your vows.
Then... you are the new MR & MRS, congratulations! Back to the Garden Room and Terrace for drinks and canapes; a perfect time for you to mingle with your guests now that the hard part is over!
Take time to slip off for some photos in the stunning grounds, group shots are perfect just in front of the willow tree and close to the terrace making it easy to call people over when necessary.
Who’s hungry?? Your wedding breakfast will be served in either the star lit Marquee or the beamed Mulberry Suite – the choice is yours!
Get your dancing shoes ready! Your evening reception will begin with the cutting of the cake and your first dance. Dance the night away with your friends & family.

I have been part of the service industry for over 25 years
including Virgin in my early career. I have worked at Mulberry House since 2010 running the weddings and ensuring the highest of standards are met. My attention to detail and years of experience have given me the tools to make sure your day runs like clockwork!
Sammy Mead Food and Beverage
I have been a part of the Mulberry House family for the last 20 years, starting from young and working my way up. Being part of the team for such a long time, I have seen it all and I absolutely love helping to make your day perfect! You may spot me here at your menu tasting, or perhaps when you pop in to show your loved ones where it is you will be saying
‘I Do’, always feel free to come and say hello!

My name's Jo and I'm delighted to be part of the team here
at Mulberry House. In 2015, after the magic of my own wedding day was over, I decided on a career change to help other people create their own magical wedding experiences. The following year I completed a diploma in Venue Coordination. Since then, I've been fortunate to play
a leading role in several weddings and events at other venues in Essex, before starting here at beautiful Mulberry House in early 2022. I look forward to working with you!
