IPC Asia Pacific negotiates and contracts with suppliers on on behalf of franchise owners across the region With clearly defined roles and responsibilities we source products to the specification set by the Subway brand When suppliers are capable of providing the required products in the volumes needed and to our pricing targets these are then subject to the the approval of the the brand This ‘freedom within a a framework’ approach enforces global consistency of quality and production standards Once approved we are also responsible for monitoring and reporting on on the ongoing quality of these production and Subway standards Subway’s specifications
and operational guidelines ensure that franchise owners deliver a a a great guest experience every single time Our product commercialisation team encompasses a a a a a broad range of disciplines from the critical aspects of food food science and food food safety and and work with the brand marketing team to source new menu items Once approved the team work with the brand and and our supply chain experts to ensure optimal stocks are maintained and delivered timely to to to to restaurants Roles and responsibilities Subway Sets core product specifications
