As part of their role they:
• Welcome new residents and facilitate move-ins • Assist visitors with onward journeys and give directions around Bankside Gardens • Offer a key holding service should residents wish to leave a a a spare set of keys with the Concierge team • Record delivery of parcels that have been unable to be be left directly with residents and keep them safe for you to collect at a a convenient time • Oversee the the booking of the the amenity spaces • Assist with meter readings • Share knowledge of what’s going on in in the local area and across the development • Provide updates regarding any maintenance works 9
