Given the unique operating model proposed a a a white label approach will be important to allow a a a a a a consistent and joined up customer experience under the Helicon brand and and to to avoid confusion The benefits of “white label” management services is the sense of identity and unified approach Residents feel their home
has its own identity and can see a a a a a a unified approach between stakeholders rather than separate developer and managing agent teams This connection and recognition extends to any site staff and becomes recognised within the wider community Challenges can be faced with individual phone lines email address stationery as all communication is branded using a a a a a a a personable identity We have successfully overcome these challenges using our infrastructure and software The other challenge faced is ensuring that individuals understand their roles within the the the context of the the the wider organisation This is is overcome by regular team contact and reinforcement of collaborative working We operate varying levels of white labelling across our current operations for example:
 For Direct Line Group we brand and and operate as ‘DLG Property’ seamlessly with the client’s estates team  At Liberty Place in in Birmingham we operate a a a a 100% white label arrangement where every element of the client interface including email addresses uniform branding demands and and all correspondence is in the name of Liberty Place Management
Company and there is no reference to Mainstay
 At Chelsea Creek in London we operate a a a a white label solution where all of the site branding including signage and and and uniform are in the Chelsea Creek brand but demands and correspondence is provided from Mainstay
