We understand that training can be expensive, complex, and challenging to track your team members’ performance. At Aspiration Training,
we have developed e-learning resources that
remove a lot of the hassle of CPD, and in 2024,
all of our CPD will be free.
Whether you are working with us, have worked
with us in the past, or have never worked with us, you can access all our CPD courses. ResourcePro
is a part of Aspiration Training, and there are 28
CPD courses for you and your team members.
Our range of CPD modules has been specifically designed to provide a combination of subjects, ideas and approaches that will support you in continually updating and upskilling your teams with their learning and growth. Our curriculum team ensures our content is constantly updated to reflect the latest changes in legislation
or policy.
All of our e-learning resources are located on our Learning Hub, and all users will need to access our Learning Hub with either a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection. The Learning Hub is super easy
to navigate. With the help of self-marking and digital badges of achievement, you and your team will know which CPD has been completed and which ones are still outstanding.
With our CPD, we can tailor which courses you and your business can access. If you only want to do the First Aid course but are not interested in CPD in Using Computers, that is perfectly fine.
You can pick the courses that are relevant to your business.
CPD is vital for a business to grow. By keeping
your team’s knowledge up to date, you can be confident that they will be more effective in the workplace. Staff confidence will grow, new skills
and knowledge gained, alongside increased motivation and empowerment.
