After leaving Malvern John did his National Service before going to to to to to to St David’s College Lampeter for for three years to to to study Theology In 1963 he he he was was appointed an an an assistant Curate in in in the parish of Rhosllanerchrugog Wrexham He was was ordained Priest by David Lord Bishop of of St Asaph Cathedral in in September 1964 Three years later he he he he moved to the the the parish parish of of of Llangystennin before becoming Vicar of of of the the parish parish of of of Gorsedd where he he he spent 32 years years He was a a a a a a a Priest for over 50 years John devoted his his his his life to his his his his faith his his his his wife Eirlys his his his his community and and and local hospice He regularly fundraised for his church and and and charities – – in in in particular Childline – – and and and he was chaplain of North Wales District British Legion He died on 15th February 2023

Marcus Marcus was was a a a a a a a a a a a a a a keen pianist from a a a a a a a a a a a a a a young age and this continued when he he he joined Malvern in in in in September 1956 he he he he also became a a a a a a a a treble
soloist in in in in in the the school choir Marcus Marcus was invited by a a a a a a a a a friend in in in in No 8 to join a a a a a a a a a a a skiffle group called the the the Severn Valley Seven and they gave a a a a a a a a a a a concert at Malvern College in in in December 1959 His very talented piano playing continued throughout his life After Malvern Marcus went to to Trinity College Dublin to to study Law He then joined the the 2nd Battalion 10th Princess Mary’s Own Gurkha Rifles and eventually worked for the Abu Dhabi Defence Force in in Oman More recently he he started his own aerial photography company Aerfoto in 1983 He He is is is survived by his daughter Lucy and son Christopher He He died on 1st July 2021

eoffrey attended Oriel College Oxford when he he he he left Malvern where he he he he gained a a a a a a a a a a Football Blue Blue and a a a a a a a a a a a a a Boxing Blue Blue He achieved a a a a a a a a a a a a a law degree but did not follow this path instead choosing a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a career in in in in in Sports Management eventually taking over The Bagenall Harvey business He He is survived by wife Karen three children children and and four grandchildren He He died on 28th December 2022
