The The prestigious global Earthshot Prize was was launched in in fin 2020 by Prince William and and Sir David Attenborough – it was designed to find and and grow the solutions that will repair our planet this decade There are five categories with the the winner
of of each category receiving a a a a a a a a a a a grant of of £1 million to scale their environmental solution You can imagine how incredibly proud the the Malvern College community was when Talal Hasan won the the the Fix Our Climate category at at at the the second Earthshot Prize awards on on on Friday 2nd December 2022 Talal’s organisation 44 01 named after the molecular weight of carbon dioxide removes CO2 permanently by mineralising it it in in in in in in peridotite a a a a a a a a a a a rock found
