Delivering customer service excellence and training a team to deliver this, starts with setting a measure so that improvements and changes can be monitored against the expectations of our customer.
Planogram
The Planogram is a guide which sets standards for each area of the development, such as reception, common areas, signage, uniforms.
Site Standards Review
Site Standards Review
Alongside the Planogram, additional tools have been provided to measure whether the standards are met. Should they not be met, a plan of action is then implemented to “bridge the gap” between the current standard of the development and the expected standard.
