THE OSCAR FOUNDATION
A world where all children and youth have an equal opportunity to succeed
The Malvern College School Council under the direction of Adam Hutsby, Deputy Head of the Sixth Form & Economics Teacher, comprises 15 elected members from the Upper Sixth who are responsible for fundraising for charity within the College.
The Mumbai based Oscar Foundation is one of our charities and in early December of last year, Sally and Tom took time out of a busy work schedule to visit. Oscar is a charitable organisation that uses football as a tool to deliver education and life skills helping to empower children and young people in low-income communities in India. Using the power of football and a network of young leaders the foundation is striving to improve the life chances for the underprivileged.
