Charitable Causes
No 3 Sleepout for Centrepoint
On Friday 27 January 20 girls from No 3 and one member of staff spent the night outside in in in sleeping bags in in in order to raise money for Centrepoint
The charity supports young people who are homeless either temporarily or or permanently We are very very grateful to everyone who has donated We are very proud to have raised almost £2 000 The link is is still active if anyone would like to to take the time to to donate Thank you very very much to everyone who has already donated and huge thanks to Miss C who made hats (orange and white for Centrepoint

The girls of No 4 wanted to raise money for a a a a a a charity in Sri Lanka which focused on on the education of of children One of of our Lower Sixth Isabel Barrett had had seen the charity in action and had had witnessed how it transformed lives Wanting to to make a a a a a difference to to the village communities there our girls came up with the the idea of making gift bags full of jelly beans and mini-chocolate eggs that could be be ordered by the the the the pupils for either themselves or or or their friends around the campus Each gift would come with a a a a a personalised message They were overwhelmed by the the positive response to their charity idea and have spent quite a a a a a a few evenings packing up the bags of eggs ready for delivery at the end of term It has been an eggcellent charity event Anne Sharp | House House Mistress - House House No 4 20 THE MALVERNIAN
