Frequently Asked Questions
What is the frequency of cleaning?
The communal Cleaning is 20 hours per week over five days a week Monday - Friday.
Does each apartment have an
allocated car bay?
Parking is allocated and is dependent on whether or not a leaseholder purchased a car parking space when they purchased their apartment. To confirm, not all apartments have parking; if you need clarification as to whether a parking space is allocated to your apartment then you can get this information from Mainstay’s Head Office. We utilise UK Parking Patrol Office Limited to manage the car park. Accordingly each car bay is issued with a parking permit that must be visible at all times. It is recommended that permits be secured to your windscreen to ensure that they do not fall down. Permits should always be passed back to your Letting Agent if you are vacating the apartment or Estate Agent if selling the apartment. Extra / spare / replacement permits can be purchased from the Caretaker at a cost of £10 per permit. If you find a vehicle parked in
your car bay you should report this to UK Parking Patrol Office Limited immediately in order that they can ticket any illegally parked vehicle.
