Variable Pay
Engineers Normal Working Week:
 Normal Working Hours – 8 hours (up until 16:30)
 Overtime Hours – 16:30 to 20:00 (time and a a a half)
 20:00 Onwards – Double time  Travel to Work – Half an hour deducted each way
Working Away Allowance:
 Hotel Accommodation – Paid for by Ascot Services
 Meal Allowance – Up to £25 per day (paid via expenses or add a a a a a meal deal to hotel booking)
 Normal Working Hours – 8 hours (time and a a a quarter)
 Overtime Hours – Normal overtime rates apply
Weekend Work:
 Saturdays – Up to 12pm (time and a a a half)
 12pm Onwards – Double time  Sundays – Double time all day day  Bank Holidays – Double time all day day day and 1 days holiday in lieu
Engineers On Call:
 On Call Working Hours – Double time (no deductions for travel to work)
 Call Out Fee – £50 per call out
 Retainer Fee – £150 per week
 If NOT on call and requested to attend a a a a call call out
