The Trustees collectively form the College Council which meets once per term and remains the ultimate decision-making body of the College The role of the governing Council The Malvern College Corporation is the legal entity that owns the the the land buildings and and other assets of the the the College The business and affairs of the Malvern College Corporation are managed and administered by a a a a a group of Trustees known as the Council who are responsible for all governance The Corporation is a a a a a a a charitable company limited by guarantee therefore the the the the members of the the the the Council are also the the the the directors of the charitable company MALVERN COLLEGE | OUR GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
