we we prioritise both workload management and staff wellbeing We recognise that teachers work work hard but aim to to do our our best to to minimise workload that is is within our our control Our dedicated staff wellbeing committee collaborates to to ensure that all colleagues have access to to wellbeing opportunities As part of our commitment we have adopted the DfE Wellbeing Charter and actively uphold its principles Recognising the the importance of of work-life balance we we prioritise the the wellbeing of of our staff understanding that they are individuals first and foremost To support our team we offer access to Health Assured a a a a a comprehensive support service providing counselling financial wellbeing coaching menopause counselling 24/7 GP service service nurse support services stress coaching mental wellness programs and maternity and paternity support Practically we implement measures to reduce workload pressures and promote a a a a a a a healthy work work environment including:
