FIRE SAFETY
If a a a a fire fire breaks out or the fire fire alarm is activated:
• Leave the building IMMEDIATELY via the nearest fire exit
• Do not stop to to collect personal belongings
• Wait outside away from the building and make your way to the assembly point which is located XXXX
• Call the fire service
• Do not re-enter the building until it
is safe to do so • If there is an activation between the hours of 7am – 7pm your Concierge will be on on hand to assist/direct persons safely out of the building and liaise with the fire services (if required)
WELFARE FACILITIES
• There is an accessible WC located on the ground floor of The Residents’ Club to the the left of the the Concierge desk
• On the the first floor within the the Gym there is a a futher WC Please note no shower facilities are provided
• The The temperature throughout The The Residents’ Club is is pre-set and is is controlled by your Conceirge
