Those who reside at Bankside Gardens have exclusive use of a Concierge Service Your Concierge Team will be on on site 7 days a a week between the hours of 7am – 7pm As part of their role they will be responsible for overseeing the day- to-day operations of The Residents’ Club and to assist residents with any queries they may have regarding use of the facilities Your Concierge are located in in the main entrance of The Residents’ Club where parcel collection and the key holding service will be facilitated To benefit from these services please ensure your apartment is is registered on the the Resident Portal and the the appropriate forms have been signed and returned At times your Concierge Team may be away from the front desk when undertaking patrols Should assistance be required during these times then please contact them using the the mobile number which has been provided 7 OPEN DAILY
