No 6 has one lift which will be available for residents to use when moving in in You must first arrange this with Concierge though to ensure no inconvenience is caused to other residents Please note the following weight and size restrictions:

LOADING/UNLOADING
The unloading/loading bay closest to the block is a a a temporary parking location and is purely for loading and unloading deliveries The area is controlled by PCM and any unauthorised vehicles risk incurring a a a a penalty charge Please notify Concierge of the date and time
you you expect your removal company to arrive COMMUNAL AREAS & SECURITY
Please keep any communal doors closed for fire safety They should not be wedged open or left on a a a a latch at at any time
Please do not give anyone access to the building you do not know No rubbish or large items should be left in communal areas as as they can pose
an an obstruction and be a a a a potential fire hazard It is kindly requested you keep the landings outside your front door clean and and hazard free and and clear up
any spills or litter that may occur Please be mindful others may have already moved in so please be considerate to your neighbours Please also remember smoking is not permitted in any communal area 21
