a way of bringing to life your products and services that text and images can’t do
• Less is more - keep your content short and sharp – customers are impatient and time scarce so make it quick and easy for them to understand what you do
• Use web optimised images at all times
4 Customer Service is king – even online
• First class customer service is still your most important marketing tool. So don’t forget to provide excellent customer service on line as well as o line. Respond to emails and online contact forms swiftly
• Remember to collect customer details via newsletter sign up or blog. You can use the data to send out all important emails communicating new products and events. Please remember to ensure you give a clear opt out link at the bottom of your email saying “unsubscribe here”
