Background
Mainstay was appointed by Calthorpe Estates to deliver portfolio management services to its tenant occupied portfolio in early 2011.
Scheme Overview
e portfolio comprises 120 properties and is a mix of period properties, purpose built ats, conversions and a 1960s’ housing estate, all of which are occupied under either ASTs, Assured, or Regulated Tenancies.
Approach
Our approach to the day to day management is twofold;
 Firstly to deliver a rst class portfolio management service to Calthorpe Estates focusing on the key drivers of prompt and timely rent collection, delivering rental and capital growth, asset protection ,statutory compliance, and all round value for money; and
 Secondly to deliver a rst class customer experience to Calthorpe Estates customers, many of whom have been tenants on the estate for many years.

As a result of the added value service Mainstay delivered, Calthorpe Estates appointed us to manage their long leasehold and scheme of management portfolios at the end of 2012.
