We are always keen to hear from you about any initiatives or charities dear to your heart so again,
please speak up, tell us about them and who knows, we may be able to do something to help them too.

Communities, Charities and Mainstay
It’s not just about getting the ‘badge’, corporate social responsibility is much more than that to us. Given our industry and market, we have aligned ourselves with charities related to property and housing.
• Nationally we support The Choir with no Name. This is a charity for homeless people who get together regularly to sing, have something to eat and drink but also more importantly, enjoy each others company.
• In Worcester we sponsor Maggs Day Centre, encouraging colleagues to volunteer at the centre. You could find yourself making tea/coffee, helping to prepare breakfast and lunch, or sitting chatting with the service users and sometimes even challenging them
to a game of chess or two.
• Let’s not forget the national campaigns too; we have great fun whilst raising money on days such as Children in Need and Red Nose Day.
• Whilst our charity work is really important to us, so are our communities. Our site management teams have taken part in a wide range of initiatives, such as clearing sections of canals in Birmingham, arranging get-togethers, social events and garden parties – we always want to give a little back to the communities we work in.
