• Meetings with Peer Mentors
• House Council meeting minutes (at least termly and minutes should also be displayed on House notice board)
  Duty rotas
 records for each term of:
• HouseM/Deputy duty rota – including who is on-call overnight and how to contact them
• House Assistant duty rotas
• House prefect duty rota
• Tutor duty rota
  Complaints
  Informal concerns can be recorded in the chat Complaints from pupils and parents should be recorded in a spreadsheet in Files.
