LAMDA Exam News
We had a a a a record breaking four four rooms worth of exams with four four individual examiners on Sunday 23 April and I am am delighted to report that the results were pretty record breaking too We achieved a a a a a staggering thirty nine distinctions grades and a a a a a further eleven high merit grades Caterina Romanzina was awarded a a a a a a a a a staggering 100% closely followed by Maximus Hughes and Rusheel Joshi scoring ninety nine per per cent cent The grades and percentages across the four rooms were consistently high and considering the last-minute rush to learn their lines after the the the Easter holidays I am extremely proud of them all all I have emailed the the pupils individually and their responses to me were delightful Leanne Hollyhead | Speech & Drama Teacher
Drama - Adrian Mole (Aged 133⁄4)
‘The FY Drama production of ‘Adrian Mole’ was an an amazing experience to be part of of I enjoyed the challenge of of playing my character of Nigel Adrian’s ‘cool and and trendy’ best friend and and was delighted to hear a a a a a lot of laughter coming from the appreciative audience It was fun to to go back to to the the 1980s and the the costumes really brought the show to life ’ Camilla Burston Drama Scholar

Being in in 'The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole aged 13 3/4' was an an experience that really topped off my first year at at Malvern The stage set was was amazing the 1980s inspired sound track was was brilliant and all the cast were fantastic to to work with A huge thank you to to Miss Hollyhead for the the choreography of the the school disco scene Mrs Fryer for for the the incredible costumes Mr Mr Doidge for for the the technical aspects and and Mr Packham for rehearsing us and and directing the production I hope the audience enjoyed it as as much as as we did!
