FRIENDSHIP - No 4 has a a a a reputation for being a a a a friendly house and the the girls are encouraged to give each other support and to mix socially across the year groups RESPECT - in in a a a boarding environment it is important that other pupil's personal space and possessions are respected and and that the girls are polite and and courteous COMMITMENT - everyone has different strengths and it is important that the the girls experience the the different extra- curricular activities on offer and commit themselves whole heartedly to them ENDEAVOUR - academically girls are encouraged to work to the the best of their abilities 17
