Educating Pupils
Pupils will be educated about the new routines and expectations at the start of term. There will be routines for thorough hand washing at regular times during the school day. Hands must be sanitised when entering and leaving classrooms and other school buildings, such as boarding houses. Pupils will be informed about the safe use of face coverings (which will be optional) and reminded about the need for good respiratory hygiene with the ‘catch it, kill it, bin it’ approach. These are matters of communal responsibility and pupils will be expected to behave accordingly.
