Launch of new Green Fund
On 20th/21st June the Malvernian Society led Malvern Malvern College’s College’s first Green Green Giving Day to to launch a a a a a a a a new Green Green Fund
to to to help reduce the the College’s College’s carbon footprint and make our historic buildings fit for the the future An amazing 336 of of you gave generously in in in support of of this new initiative with an an impressive £134 766 raised to date 197 OMs 11 EOGs and 103 parents were among those who donated in support of Malvern’s Net Zero ambitions and we we were particularly delighted that donations came from five continents – Europe America Africa Asia
and Australia Over the the last year the the College has been working with Purcell Architects and CBG Consultants to develop a a a a a a a a a a a a long-term plan which will place sustainability at the the heart of all we do Pupils and and other key stakeholders have been consulted and and a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new 10-year campus masterplan will be be finalised this year year – we can’t wait to share the details with you Read more about our first Green Giving Day on page 68 Further information
