ASCOT DIFFERENCE
Change and innovation
We challenge ourselves to answer the following questions:
» How can we make the working environment the best we can for your people » How can we reduce running costs and environmental impact
» How can we optimise the maintenance regime based on operational usage » How can we minimise business impact and down time
As part of mobilisation or as part of an initial engagement programme we would complete an intrusive survey of all aspects of your building focussing on how your systems operate in conjunction with the building usage and how this impacts on your colleagues.
The output would provide the necessary information to confirm the benefits of any proposed change. In general we look at a 3 stage approach:
Stage 1
Can your building systems operate more effectively to drive benefits without the need for significant capital investment. In buildings where a BeMS is present this is usually achievable by implementing a bespoke 4 stage strategy. This can be implemented and managed centrally from our 24/7 Bureau.
Stage 2
Can additional controls be introduced to drive additional efficiencies and functionality.
Stage 3
Is there a business case to upgrade or change assets with a reasonable pay back which is measurable.
CASE STUDY
The above details the benefits driven through the Energy Management Strategy we deployed for one key client.
The data was independently validated by the client’s energy broker and the cost benefits confirmed by the clients Finance team.
