St Edward you will have received two resident parking permits for your use along with a a visitor permit You must clearly display your resident permit when parked in your allocated bay with the same principle applying to to visitor bays BIKE STORE ACCESS
The bike store is directly accessible from Flagstaff Road and is located next to the entrance of Block 5 5 i e e e e e No 53 Please ensure bikes left within the bike bike store are are secured with a a a a a suitable lock and are are insured through your home content policy as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage ACCESS
CONTROL
In addition to to the set of keys to to your individual apartment upon handover you will also have been provided with a a a door fob: which grants you access to the main entrance to your building the refuse and bicycle store and The Residents’ Club 51 You will need to register your apartment on on on the entry phone system Please contact Concierge for for the form that will need to be completed You may also wish for Concierge to keep a set of keys to to your property to to facilitate access for others and in case of emergencies In this case you will need to submit your request via the Residents’ Portal and agree to the the T&C’s on the the “key waiver form” Once completed please issue the keys to Concierge for safekeeping 22
