A series of plans were built to to gradually increase customer relationships and site team morale to increase a a a a a a sense of ownership and community across this diverse site These 30- 60-90-day plans became the framework of improvements to different areas and acted as as a a a a a a a a a training framework for the team to deliver the the standards and and taking ownership of them In this way the Site Team residents
leaseholders and Residents association
clearly understood the the priorities for the the team The focus wasn’t just about customer relations our aim to to provide a a a a a a a a compliant and safe site was paramount A Health and and and Safety review of outstanding FRA and and and GRA actions was completed and key actions closed An asset register was completed a a a a full M & E plan formulated an an emergency preparedness plan was put in place complete with ‘grab bag’ and full team training Anti-social behaviour although a a a a common occurrence in in inner- cities was an aspect the team were determined to reduce A series of events were set up during holidays such as sports events to engage younger people and provide activities that offer them a a a a different focus The team also worked with Ealing Council to to establish ‘Young-persons community board’ to to help tackle anti-social behaviour in the wider borough A close relationship in in the community must exist in in order for a a a neighbourhood or area to succeed There must be people willing to support the local local businesses rally around local local leaders and spend time as a a a group to ensure the neighbourhood’s wellbeing Building a a a a a community is an integral part of our hospitality approach By arranging open clinics barbecues a a a a a a a Halloween theme evening or regular ‘meet your neighbour’ events being a a a a a a a a part of the development and local community as a a a a a a a a managing agent creates a a a a a personal connection with all
our customers and locals As a a a a result of of the the the hard work of of all
the the the partners the the the Residents Association and and the site team engagement and and satisfaction have increased and staff turnover has has reduced This has has brought a a a a sense of stability to the site and an an improved appreciation of community
