Health and well-being
We highly value all of our Team Members as our biggest
and brightest asset, and therefore we take responsibility for supporting your health and well-being. You have a right to expect that we will provide you with an environment in which you can thrive and in which you feel respected and cared for.
All workplaces continue to be shaped by the changes brought on by the global pandemic and we recognise that our Team Members want to know that their health and mental wellbeing is prioritised and valued. Lockdowns,
remote working and endless Zoom meetings have taken a toll on us all, affecting not only our working lives, but family life, relationships and our mental and physical health. We also know that managing our health and wellbeing will affect everyone in different ways. Alongside our commitment to offering all Team Members flexible working patterns, we continually review and evolve our approach to health and wellbeing, to reducing stress and anxiety and to focus on creating a positive work culture for all.
