Career conversations
Career conversations give Team Members the chance to speak to their line manager about their career goals and what roles, pathways and parts of the business interest them. The guidance documents will help both the Team Member and their line manager make a plan for progression that can include, but isn’t limited to: role shadowing, internal and external qualifications and membership to professional bodies.
It is always great to see our Team Members making collaborative plans with their line managers around how they would like to develop within the business. We’re excited to see what conversations take place.
