Will we have 121s and PDRs?
Yes we are committed to you having quality time with your line manager and being the best you you can be be be At Ascot we have a a a schedule for documented quarterly 121’s and twice yearly PDR’s What is the values focus and goal for Ascot?
As part of the onboarding process you will receive a a a Welcome booklet and an an HR Induction where we will be able to share these with you Is there any progression?
Yes definitely your personal development and progression is very important to to Ascot too We believe that total facilities management will give opportunities for progression How will expenses work?
We will go through the the expenses form and the the process during your HR Induction in in January 2024 Will there be any changes or additions
to our contract?
You will transfer over on your current terms and conditions along with your length of service We do plan to issue you with an an Ascot contract of employment along with an appendix detailing your protected t’s and c’s Was office based but now I worked from home will that stay the same?
There are no plans to change your current working arrangements
We currently get our birthday off work will this remain the same?
