Service Charge Budget for the Year Ending 31st December 2018
You can make a payment online through our secure web based Mainstay Portal.
The Mainstay Portal allows you to view your balance and your payment history and you can make a payment in confidence, as the portal is totally secure and is not administered by any third-party agency. You can also update your address, contact details and choose your method of communication in the My Details section of the Portal.
To register, go to https://portal.mainstaygroup.co.uk/portal/ and click on the Registration link. Provide your customer reference, name and email address. A password will then be emailed to you in order that you may log in.
Please be aware payments by a debit card carries a 50p surcharge, and a credit card carries a 2% surcharge.
