HOW TO SIGN UP
Staff will confirm with all children their choices during the first three days back at school after the half term break. Please can you view this document with your child over the break and help them make their choices before returning to school. If you would like your child to participate in the Clay Pigeon Shooting activity, please contact Mr Bedford (simon.bedford@abberleyhall.co.uk) as soon as possible, as spaces are limited. Furthermore, please contact Mr B-T before Wednesday 9th November if your child will not be attending the Discover programme. If your child will be attending the Discover programme but not participating in games, when not required for school fixtures, please contact Mrs B-T (emma.bennett-tomlin@abberleyhall.co.uk).
OVERSUBSCRIPTION AND UNDERSUBSCRIPTION
Please note that some activities have
a limited number of spaces. Moreover, if too few sign up for an activity, the activity may not run. With this in mind, please can you consider a ‘back up’ option for each activity slot. If there are any issues, we will endeavour
to speak to your child and you, if necessary, as soon as possible.
DRESS CODE
» Pupils are to wear school games kit with a complete school tracksuit.
» Pupils should dress appropriately for their activity.
» Given the time of year, all pupils should have appropriate footwear for wet weather and a coat in school.
» All pupils should have a water bottle (non-glass).
» Other necessary clothing and equipment is listed where required.
