PERFORMING ARTS
Building on our brilliant Music, Drama and LAMDA provision, children will have the opportunity to compose, create and perform.
PHYSICAL AND ACTIVE
Supplementing the busy Games and PE programme, pupils will have the opportunity to learn and develop a range of sports and physical activities, thus enabling them to make informed choices and to live healthy and active lifestyles in the future.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE
Making good use of our magnificent grounds and staff, pupils will have the opportunity to challenge themselves in the great outdoors whilst learning survival and bushcraft skills. Through the various activities on offer, pupils will develop Teamwork, Leadership and Communication skills (TLC).
ART, CRAFTS AND TECHNOLOGY
Enhancing the weekly curriculum, modules in this pillar will
enable pupils to develop their creative side as well as to enjoy making things in the workshop and developing technological skills. Children taking part in these modules will have an opportunity
for lifelong learning as well as an opportunity to participate in both internal and external projects and competitions.
ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT
Modules within this pillar are designed to encourage intellectual curiosity and self-discovery, as well as stretching and challenging pupils of all ages and abilities. These modules are designed
to help each pupil to fulfil their academic potential. The skills developed will look great on any application to a senior school and provide useful material for discussion during interviews.
COMMUNITY SERVICE AND LIFE SKILLS
Preparing our pupils for the future is at the heart of everything we do and we are also keen to encourage our pupils to think of others and to contribute to their wider community. Children will discover skills for life as well as the importance of becoming kind and responsible citizens.
